Almost May!

Wow, can't believe May is so close.  This means its really nearing spring and summer--great times for running and SUN! Today I had a good 4 miler outside--temp is back up to where it should be this time of year.  Hanson Brooks has 10 miler TR scheduled for today, so looking forward to that! Supposed to be nice out.  Training going well.  Next race I have is an 11K trail run. Paris Mountain 11k May 28.  Need to get some good trail milage in the next weekends on Sundays with Long Road running on Saturdays still.
